Zucchini

Soft cream cheese

Dill

Smoked salmon sliced same width as  zucchini

Instructions

1. Slice zucchini thin on a mandolin (you can also use a vegetable peeler or a knife)

2. Layer soft cream cheese on top (or regular cream cheese whipped with a little heavy cream)

3.Top with chopped dill and smoked salmon sliced the same width as zucchini

4. Roll up and secure with toothpick

Refrigerate until ready to serve (should be same day)
