This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law, who is from Mexico. It can be used as a dipping or cooking sauce.
Green Sauce:
6 tomatillos
2-3 cloves garlic
1-3 hot peppers
Boil all above until soft, with just a little water to coat the bottom of the pan.
Chop an onion, then put all ingredients into a food processor, pulse until all remains chunky.
Add salt to taste.
