In late 2013 the Alice Willard Dorr Foundation of Boston awarded Stearns Farm a $5,000 grant to be used for management and general expenses. The Foundation’s grant will support much-needed improvements to our infrastructure in the shape of storage facilities for farm equipment and produce. It may also enable us to build or repair equipment such as seed tables, shelving, and fencing.

Please Carry In, Carry Out
There is no trash or recycling pickup at the farm. This means that all non-compostable trash must be taken away by volunteers, who transport it in their personal cars to their own homes for disposal. The same is true for recyclables. Please help us out by carrying out everything you carry in.
