Ever wonder what the Stearns Farm Board of Directors does? The answer is, whatever is required to support our Farmer and to advance the Farm’s mission.

Last summer and fall the Board put a lot of energy into  getting the new greenhouse built and paid for. This winter the Board has focused on marketing and fundraising, both of which are ongoing projects.

The Board’s launched a print and digital marketing campaign to spread the word about Stearns Farm’s unique blend of food and community. Look for Stearns Farm at the upcoming Earth Day festival (April 26) on the Framingham Centre common. You may also see our spots on your local access TV station or on your local Patch.  If we’re doing it right you won’t see our Facebook ads, because you aren’t our target market.

Want to get involved? Feel free to attend an upcoming Board meeting (next one is scheduled for May 11). Meetings are occasionally rescheduled, so if you’re planning to attend, it would be a good idea to email president@stearnfarmcsa.org to confirm the date.
