Transition Framingham is hosting an open space meeting to share ideas about how we can increase food production in Framingham among home gardeners, seed savers and swappers, community gardeners, container gardeners, food pantry representatives, and those who want to grow food but don’t know where to start.
We’ll swap garden tips from small to large — from what size container works for a few tomatoes on the patio? — to how could we start a yard-swapping program? – and whatever gardening ideas you’d like to share. There will be something for everyone. We’ll have snacks, coffee, tea, and a warm place to meet. All ages welcome.
Fresh food for Framingham, Sunday, March 29, 2 to 4pm, at Grace Congregational Church UCC 76 Salem End Rd. (near Framingham State)
