Raw food chef and consultant Alissa Cohen will host a workshop, Raw Foods & Healthy Living, during the Stearns Farm CSA Spring Festival on Saturday, June 6 from 2-4 pm. Alissa will give a short presentation, “raw foods 101,” share and describe some simple raw food prep, and host a Q&A session.
Alissa is an internationally recognized author, speaker, and raw food chef and consultant, with a devoted following. She has written two books, Living on Live Food and Raw Food for Everyone, in addition to spreading the raw food movement through various radio, print and TV appearances.
