We’re looking for volunteers to lead children’s activities during our annual fall Harvest Festival on Sept. 26. Come and lead a craft project (we have some ideas, including corn husk dolls, rock painting and making garland wreaths with fresh flowers), face painting, or an activity of your own that children ages 4-8 would enjoy.
The festival is scheduled for 12-2 pm, after a morning of extended work hours. The children’s program is expected to run for 60 to 90 minutes, during our annual business meeting that follows the traditional potluck lunch. We’d love to have 2-3 volunteers helping out in shifts.
