Ingredients

  1. 1 box Pepperidge farm puff pastry (2 sheets)
  2. 1 oz cream cheese (at room temp.)
  3. 1 cup powdered sugar
  4. 1 eggs
  5. 1 tsp vanilla
  6. 3 cups blueberries
  7. 2 tbsps powdered sugar (to sprinkle on top)

Egg Wash

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 tbsp water

Directions

  1. thaw 2 sheets of puff pastry as directed
  2. preheat oven to 400 degrees
  3. grease 2 cookie sheets/ or parchment paper
  4. place 1 puff pastry on each cookie sheet
  5. make egg wash-whisk egg and water until combined
  6. brush pastry with egg wash, then fold the edges of pastry over and brush edges with wash
  7. in small bowl add cream cheese, egg, vanilla, and sugar
  8. mix on medium for 1-2 min. until smooth
  9. spread half the cream cheese mix on each sheet
  10. keep the mixture about an inch from the edges
  11. place desired amount of blueberries on top of cream cheese mix
  12. bake for 15 min. at 400 degrees
  13. let cool for 10 min. then sprinkle with powdered sugar
  14. cut with pizza cutter and serve
