Ingredients
4 cucumbers ends cut flat spiralized into noodles
2 Tbl sesame seeds
1 Tbl soy sauce
3 Tbl rice vinegar
1 Tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 Tsp grated ginger
1/4 Tsp sea salt
2 scallions thinly sliced
Directions
- Pat cucumber noodles dry with paper towel and place in bowl with sesame seed
- In small bowl whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, ginger, and salt
- Toss with noodles. Garnich with scallions
