Adapted from From Ellie’s Kitchen to Yours by Ellie Deaner


3 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup scallions sliced

1/2 lb pea pods, blanched

1 cup slivered almonds toasted

1/2 red pepper cubed


1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

3 T fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup peanut or canola oil

1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper


1 .Combine all ingredients for dressing.

2. Combine salad ingredients and add dressing.

3.Toss well and serve.
