Ingredients
- 3/4 lb carrots peeled and shaved with vegetable peeler
- 4 scallions trimmed and thinly sliced
- 2 Tbl unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbl vegetable oil
- 1 Tbl toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 Tsp lime zest and 1 Tbl lime juice
- Salt and peper
Directions
- Combine all ingredient and season with salt and pepper
- Toss to combine and serve
