Hi Sharers! This week marks our last pickup week. I have so enjoyed growing food for you, working alongside you in the fields, and chatting under the tent this season. Thank you for your support, kind words, smiles, snacks, and company. I really love this beautiful little community.
A huge thank you to all of the volunteers, field crew members, work-for-sharers, and board members who helped me along the way. Carrie, Isabel, Sara, Rachel, Sam, Pam, Paul, Noam, Supriya, Jared, Zach, Sal, Chris, Frann, Christine, Sara A., Elana, Jen, Jill, Jessica, Nomi, Bela, and anyone who I forgot: thank you thank you thank you to the moon and back!
And finally, another huge thank you to Ember, my assistant manager. Thanks for being reliable, funny, curious, a great teacher and leader, and laughing so easily. It’s been a huge pleasure and privilege to work alongside you this season, and I am so glad you are coming back next season.
We will be planting our garlic soon and doing some farm clean up. Want to spend a few hours at the farm, doing some fun chores? Stay tuned for an email going out with info about these activities.
