We’re sorry! We’ve heard that some of you are having difficulty resetting your passwords when you try to check out of our Stearns Farm store. We’re looking into why that’s happening, but in the meantime, if you don’t remember your password and need to reset it, you can do so from the main account page. Here’s how:
- Navigate to “My Account” (it’s under the “My Share” dropdown menu at the top of any Stearns Farm web page).
- On the login page, click “Forgot Your Password?” enter the email address you used to sign up for your Stearns Farm account in the box on the next page.
- Click the “Retreive Password” button.
- Check your email for your temporary password. Use it to log in and then change the password to something you’ll remember.
