Our foraging workshop has been rescheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 6-7:30 pm, and we still have a few open spots.

Foraging expert Rachel Goclawski returns to Stearns Farm to show participants how to identify, collect, prepare and preserve wild plants. Learn foraging safety, sustainable foraging, the nutritional and medicinal value of plants, and cooking and preservation tips. We emphasize sustainable foraging—collecting highly invasive and renewable plants. You will touch, smell, taste, and collect wild plants.

This event is co-sponsored by Sudbury Valley Trustees and is free to SVT and Stearns Farm members. Participants must register in advance with SVT. Stearns Farm members, choose “YES” for “I am an SVT Member” and include “Stearns Farm” in the comments to receive member rate.
