Ingredients
- 1 lb radishes, halved with ends trimmed
- 1T melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine the radishes, butter, salt and pepper and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the radishes on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and parsley and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
