Ingredients

  • 1 lb radishes, halved with ends trimmed
  • 1T melted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine the radishes, butter, salt and pepper and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the radishes on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and parsley and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
