Makes 4 servings


  • 8 oz burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
  • 2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper


  1. Tear the burrata (or mozzarella) into pieces and place on a plate. Toss the radishes with the oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange the radish mixture over the cheese and drizzle with any remaining dressing. Serve with a baguette or crackers for a tasty hors d’oeuvre.
