Makes 4 servings
- 8 oz burrata (or fresh mozzarella)
- 2 watermelon radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
- Tear the burrata (or mozzarella) into pieces and place on a plate. Toss the radishes with the oil and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the radish mixture over the cheese and drizzle with any remaining dressing. Serve with a baguette or crackers for a tasty hors d’oeuvre.
