As we begin to prepare for the first CSA pick up of the year, we want to let you know of a few changes. If you are a new sharer, you will be receiving additional information regarding the pickup process.
New policies to keep everyone safe during the summer pickup season:
- No reusable bags or containers: During the first weeks of pickup (and until further notice), we will provide bags for you to collect your share. We will also provide plastic pint containers for picking berries.
- BYO scissors: We will not provide scissors for the PYO flowers and herbs. You will need to bring your own.
- Wear a mask and observe social distance: When you come to pick up, please keep your distance from others and continue wearing masks as long as the state requires . We will limit the number of people under the pavilion so that everyone has enough space to gather their vegetables. In the PYO flower and herb gardens, we ask that you monitor yourself and your families as best you can. Please allow extra time to pick up as it might take longer for you to collect your share.
- Keep children within arm’s reach: When you are picking up your share and collecting herbs, flowers and berries in the fields, please keep children close and do not let them wander around on their own.
