This salad calls for honey so if you’re out, you can now purchase a jar or two during pick up!


1 small bunch kale, rinsed and dried
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
2 tsps. honey
1/4 tsp. salt and fresh cracked black pepper
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese


Remove the tough stems from the kale and chop the leaves finely. Transfer kale to a large salad bowl.

Drizzle the chopped kale with olive oil and salt, then massage the kale for a few minutes using your hands to break down the fiber and soften it.

Add lemon juice and drizzle honey right over the kale. Use your hands again to work the lemon, honey and pepper into the salad. Adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, lemon, honey or olive oil if necessary.

Sprinkle kale with sliced strawberries, blueberries and feta cheese and serve. Enjoy!
