In 2020, many of us discovered (or rediscovered) the pleasure of spending time in protected, open spaces. If you have yet to cast your ballot in this year’s election, join Stearns Farm and vote YES to pass the Community Preservation Act (CPA) in Framingham.

The CPA will ensure undeveloped land (and the habitats and natural resources within it) will be preserved so all residents can enjoy a higher quality of life. The Act protects not only open spaces but allows funding for expanding outdoor recreation programs, conserving points of historical importance and increasing home ownership for more members of the community. Over 100 cities and towns throughout Massachusetts have already approved the CPA.
