A great addition to one of our standard produce shares, the Flower and Herb Share also makes an ideal gift for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays, anniversaries and “just because”.
The 2021 Flower and Herb Share consists of ten pickups so it’s a present that keeps on giving throughout the season! Beginning the week after July 4th, sharers can pick their herbs and flowers on Tuesdays or Fridays from 10am-7pm, or on Saturdays from 8am-12pm.
Our two herb gardens feature popular culinary herbs, including basil, cilantro, thyme, rosemary, dill, parsley, chives, sage, garlic chives, oregano, marjoram, winter savory, and shiso, along with edible flowers and tea herbs such as mint, chamomile, calendula, lemon verbena, and lavender.
The Stearns flower garden features cosmos, sunflowers, carnations, rudbeckia, salvia, statice, celosia, snapdragon, calendula, marigold, strawflower, yarrow, zinnia, asters, ageratum, dahlia, poppy, sweet peas, gomphrena and more!
The cost is $120 (with an additional $10 membership fee if not a current CSA member) and there is no work hour requirement.
