Mark your calendars and join us at Stearns Farm on Saturday, October 22nd for two annual traditions. We start the day with planting together in the fields and continue until early afternoon to celebrate and commemorate another wonderful season for our CSA.
Gather with fellow sharers and friends at 10AM to prepare and plant next year’s garlic crop. Please remember to wear closed-toe shoes, field-appropriate and comfortable clothing and work gloves, if needed.
Stay for a surprise lunch and a chance to catch up with other Stearns members as the harvest season winds down. Tina and Sara will be in attendance with some storage tips and recipes for all the delicious and healing plants from the Herb Gardens (there is still plenty left to cut for the winter in both gardens!).
Following the lunch, join Stearns Farm CSA Board President Nomi Sofer, Farm Manager Ember Fleming and members of the Stearns staff and crew for the 2022 Annual Meeting.
