Come join us for the Annual Seedling Sale and get ready for another rewarding season of planting and growing. This year, we welcome CSA members and the public to the farm on May 6th & 7th and May 13th & 14th from 9AM – 2PM. Browse our seedling catalog and order online or wait to check out the extensive selection of plants in person.
Our seedling catalog offers a preview of more than 100 plants we expect to have available during our sale. Please be aware that, as with farming in general, many factors affect plant growth, and we can’t guarantee everything on our list will be available. We recommend that you visit the list periodically in case there are any changes. Note also that although we plan for customer demand of popular varieties, we do not have unlimited quantities of any seedling type. If we sell out of a plant you’re seeking, we hope you’ll discover a new favorite.
All seedlings are grown at the farm using organic potting soil. Our goal is to provide you with healthy seedlings that will thrive in your home gardens or in pots on your porch.
Online orders for the Annual Seedling Sale will go live in the coming weeks, look out for an announcement in next month’s newsletter.
Volunteers are needed to help with online order pickups and directing shoppers around the greenhouse. These hours can count towards your CSA share work balance. Available shifts are: 8:30AM – 11:30AM and 11:30AM – 2:30PM. Email Ember for all the details at farmer@stearnsfarmcsa.org
