We are excited to introduce a new share!
We are teaming up with Fat Moon Mushroom Farm to offer you a weekly mushroom share beginning in July. The following description about how they operate can be found on their website:
“Fat Moon Farm mushrooms are certified organic by Baystate Organics. Meaning, they are cultivated using only organic materials. All of our products are produced in a dedicated warehouse space in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley. Mushrooms need less water, energy, and growing materials than almost any other crop, which makes them top in sustainability. And, they’re excellent recyclers of waste material, turning indigestible byproducts such as sawdust, coffee grounds, and straw into delicious food.”

What you’ll get:
Each week, you will receive 1lb of Fat Moon’s fresh organic mushrooms. In the spirit of the CSA system, the contents of your share will vary weekly, depending on what is most abundant.
