Every week, sharers will receive one pound of Fat Moon’s fresh, locally-grown mushrooms. In the spirit of the CSA system, the contents of the share will vary weekly, depending on what is most abundant. Fat Moon Farm mushrooms are certified organic by Baystate Organics. This means every single batch is cultivated using only organic materials. All Fat Moon Farm products are grown in a dedicated warehouse space right in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley.
