1 or more kohlrabi bulbs, thinly sliced

Oil of choice, to coat

Salt, pepper, assorted spices, to taste


Carefully peel the tough skin off the kohlrabi bulb.

Slice as thinly as possible. The thinner the slice, the crunchier the chip will be at the end.
Place chips into a plastic bag and pour in your choice of oil to coat.

Arrange chips on the bottom of the air fryer and season with sea salt, pepper and whatever seasoning you might want to add. I used a cilantro lime powder.

Set fryer to 400°F and cook for 15 minutes, checking every so often to avoid burning.

Dry on a paper towel and allow to crisp. Enjoy!!
