August is already well under way, and that means we’re nearing the halfway point of the 2023 CSA season. While Freckles is taking a crunchy carrot snack break, we’re getting ready to welcome new members to Stearns.
If you are a first time Back-to-School sharer, orientation will take place on Saturday, August 12th from 11:30AM – 12PM and Wednesday, August 16th from 6PM – 6:30PM. Attendees will take a tour around the farm, become familiar with CSA practices and policies and have the opportunity to ask any questions. Please RSVP to Farm Manager Ember Fleming at farmer@stearnsfarmcsa.org to let her know which day you are able to attend.
The first pickup for Back-to-School Shares is Tuesday, August 22nd and Friday, August 25th. If you can’t remember which day you chose as your pickup day, please check your confirmation email or contact Farm Administrator Barbara Ward at admin@stearnsfarmcsa.org.
