With Spring nearly here, it’s time to think and dream about what to plant in your gardens! We are excited to once again offer a variety of seedlings for purchase during our annual seedling sale. You can place an order online or come shop in person.
Our online store will go live on the Stearns website on April 15th, but in the meantime, you can view a list of available seedlings by visiting our online catalog. Buy your plants by May 1st and schedule the weekend you would like to pick up your purchase. Note that there is a $50 minimum for orders placed online.
You can also join us at the farm to select your seedlings in person on May 4th & 5th and May 11th & 12th from 9am – 2pm. We will accept cash, check, Venmo and cards during the sale.
All seedlings are grown at the farm using organic potting soil from Vermont Compost and fertilized with Neptune’s Harvest Organic Fish and Seaweed Fertilizer. Our main seed sources are Johnny’s Selected Seeds, Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds, Fedco Seeds, and High Mowing Organic Seeds. Our goal is to provide you with healthy seedlings that will thrive in your home gardens or in pots on your porch for the entire season (and beyond).
