What you’ll get:
Each week, you will receive one pound of Fat Moon’s fresh organic mushrooms. In the spirit of a CSA, the contents of your share will vary weekly, depending on what is most abundant at harvest time.
Fat Moon Farm mushrooms are certified organic by Baystate Organics. This means every single batch is cultivated using only organic materials. All Fat Moon Farm products are grown in a dedicated warehouse space right in Massachusetts’ Merrimack Valley.
