Reconnect with members of the Stearns community next month at two annual end-of-year traditions. The day starts with planting garlic together and continues at noon to celebrate and remember another wonderful harvest season at the farm. See you there, rain or shine, but let’s hope the raindrops stay away this year!

Gather by the fields with fellow CSA members and friends at 11AM on Saturday, October 19th to prepare and plant next year’s garlic harvest. Don’t forget to wear closed-toe shoes, comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing, and work gloves, if needed.

Following the planting, join Stearns Farm board members at 12PM to reflect on this year and plan for next at the 2024 Annual Meeting. Stay for a steaming bowl of hearty soup by a roaring fire after the field work and during the meeting.

To RSVP and reach out with questions, email Ember at farmer@stearnsfarmcsa.org. We hope to see you there!
