Check out all the information below about this learning opportunity happening tomorrow, October 8th at 7PM in the Costin Room at the Framingham Public Library, 49 Lexington Street:

What constitutes a healthful diet? This class will cover much of what we know. Topics will include the problems with highly-processed foods, and a better, healthier way of eating. Also learn about great eating behaviors that will set you up for healthy success. Throughout the presentation enjoy several fine art paintings of food.

Judy Palken, MNS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian who translates the science of nutrition into practical recommendations. In her classes, Judy teaches how great food choices and other healthful behaviors can reduce inflammation, promote good health, and help us to feel our best. She uses fine art paintings to convey her messages and inspire great choices.
