Today this parcel includes woodlands, wetlands, fields, and meadows—and and almost one-half mile stretch of the Sudbury River. The river in this section is also designated as a Wild and Scenic River by the National Park Service, which ensures its protection.

We’ll explore some of the two miles of trails and see what we can find. If we have time, we’ll also make a stop at Cow Common to see what else we might find. New birders welcome. We are excited to offer this walk in partnership with The Boston Birding Festival.
