New Policies During Share Pickups

As we begin to prepare for the first CSA pick up of the year, we want to let you know of a few changes. If you are a new sharer, you will be receiving additional information regarding the pickup process.

Spring Treasures

This month has been quite an adventure! Thank you to everyone who made the seedling sale a huge success. I hope you and your plants are healthy and happy. As we move past the sale, we are turning our attention back to the fields and are busy planting, weeding and irrigating. The cold and cloudy days, freezing lows and snowy squalls made for an unpleasant start, but it’s finally warming up.

Each of these two recipes from our site archive are a perfectly versatile accompaniment to any spring meal. Both the Simple Spring Salad with Orange Vinaigrette and the Fast Scallion Pancakes call for few ingredients but pack a whole lot of flavor.
