Growing up in Poland, Mizeria (Polish Cucumber Salad) was a dinner mainstay during the hot summer months. It's very quick and easy to prepare - just two steps and you're done!

Our entree this week comes courtesy of our friends over at Chestnut Farms. The Crispy Pork Cutlets with Fennel Salad are a schnitzel-type delicacy that are bursting with flavor.

We look forward to discovering all your old and new favorites - so share them here to be included in our upcoming Stearns Farm cookbook.
