Eat Your Share

Remembering Ember's advice from last week's From the Field, I found this recipe for Daikon Radish Kimchi. This simple take on a Korean staple prolongs the shelf life one of the most flavorful and versatile fall veggies (fun fact: Daikon means 'big root' in Japanese).

I can't wait to give the Radicchio Salad with Sour Cream Ranch a spin. Creamy, tart, salty and sweet all at once, this salad is a great substitute for the regular Caesar while the dressing and toasted breadcrumbs ideally complement the chicory's bitter tones.
