Before you fill out this form: Please try to find someone else to pick up your share for you on the day in question. You do not need to tell us in advance if you are sending a friend.
If no one is able to pick up your share for you, fill out this form completely and submit it by 11:59 pm on the Sunday before the requested switch date. We can’t guarantee being able to accommodate requests received after the weekly deadline, although we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
Sharers may request 3 switches per summer season. Learn more by reading our farm policies.
You may also donate your missed pickup to a local organization that provides food in our community.
